Here's Number 6 in my journey to 30 days. This was done with a variety of media. I used FW ink, brushpens, some acrylic paint, watercolor pencils, graphite, and gouache. This was very fun, but it was extremely tedious.
Here are Drawings 3 and 4 for the 30 day project. Both of these belong to my friend Jessie who collects little glass figurines and candles. The bird was done with watercolor pencils, ink, and gouache. The Yankee Candle top was done with graphite, and touches of gouache for highlights.
So we have to do a 5"x5" drawing, from life, on Bristol Board every day for thirty days in my Visual Studies Drawing class. Here is my first one. It's my wrestling ear guard from when I train Jiu-Jitsu and don't want to get my ear cartilage shattered. The pencils I used were HB and 3B.
Trying to work more with oil paints. This was something I did that originally started as a doodle in one of my old sketchbooks. There is tons wrong with it but, hey, it's a jumping off point.
