First Attempt
Early stages of my book cover for the novel, "A Canticle for Leibowitz" by Walter M. Miller for my Senior Portfolio class. I'm sure a lot is going to change before it's finished.
Wow dude! This one really pulls me in. I don't know what the story is about but this image definitely reads "mystery", like he's the keeper of an important secret. The only thing I'd critique you on is that the guy comes off as very Jedi-esque at first glance.
Thanks Pieter. As far as the Jedi thing goes, in the story Leibowitz and his followers are all Roman Catholic Monks and that is apparently what their robes look like. I'm going to revisit this one so I'll try to play up the monk aspect and not so much Jedi.
